I think you can make an argument that Florida is a better job right now than OU but it's a small margin. Florida plays in a tougher conference and has two other in-state schools that are traditional powers. Over the last decade, Oklahoma and Texas have separated themselves from the rest of the Big 1...

If Iowa State were to go, the Big 12 would likely snatch Colorado State...mostly as a defensive move to keep Colorado in the conference. Another Texas school would not fly with the North. Having said that, I'm all for kicking Baylor to the curb in favor of TCU.
