Shit happens SunCoast. For whatever reason, we can't win in Evanston anymore. I have no explanations. That's not the point! IOWA CAN'T WIN ON THE ROAD PERIOD! Let the record stand...4-6 Yes I realize they have won some road games, but Kentucky kind of excluded, I wouldn't necessarily call them qual...

Oh, yeah...Top 10! Absolutely! I'm sure losing at Northwestern for the 3rd year in a row justifies that. At the rate Iowa is going on the road, they will fall into the same trap as Kansas last year. No, wait, scratch that, they won't get that high of a ranking. No, I'm not pissed, why do you ask?

Either way, I challenge anyone to name me more than 3-4 teams in the country with better overall NCAA tournament resumes than Iowa. No way you can do it and actually justify yourself. Its funny you mention that b/c ESPN just did this whole algorithm on which conference is the best when it comes to ...

18-5 (7-2 in the best conference in the country) with wins over Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio State, Indiana, and Illinois. Yeah, that looks really great until you put where each one of those wins was...(Here's a hint...they were in Iowa!) I didn't get a chance to see the game today and I will admit, it...

Granted, dumbass comment, but what kind of statistic is this... " and just under 60 percent of all student athletes graduate in 6 years or less. " Combined with " Our student-athletes graduate at a higher rate than the rest of general student population " I wouldn't exactly call ...

See thread "Iowa = most bi-polar team in Big Ten" Granted they play 2 halves of basketball for a reason, but truly, Iowa didn't deserve to return to the floor after the first half! If Horner hadn't been able to miss a shot (blindfolded, with both arms cut off and being held down by the res...

Holy, hell....I feel really old now! I remember the day of mourning my group at high school had when the news came across the wire.

To this day, I still wonder what Dr. Tom could have done with that team, had this tragedy not happened!

Thanks for the reminder. Much appreciated.

scu-m winning at minnesota is as much of a positive indication things are going well as msu football winning big at illinois. You say that now, but just wait...Ron Zook is the savior of Illinois Football... Dammit...I almost had that out with a straight face! Not that its saying much, but after the...

Iowa = Most Bi-Polar Team in Big Ten

After watching last night's game I have come to the realization that there are, without question, 2 Iowa teams...the one that sucks, and the one that actually makes me want to defend Alford. :waz:
