That bottle surely was much more than that because it was one of those huge bottles, maybe 6 times the size of a standard wine bottle. Also the 2000 version was one of their best supposedly.

Typically, the "huge bottles" are 3 liter(4X the size of a standard bottle), but 4.5 liter bottles are a thing a Bordeaux, I guess.

The larger bottles have the advantage of bottle-aging better than their smaller counterparts.

No clue on the cliff diving. But Norway didn’t have any ropes or things to keep people back from the edge. We asked our guide about it one day and he said the people of Norway take responsibility for their actions and lawyers haven’t ruined things there.

Basically feel free to sit on the edge of a 604 meter high cliff. If you slip, you die and it is no one’s fault but your own.

Then it was off to Frankfurt. Got to love boarding flights where you have to walk across the ramp.
