Dr. Jonathan Turley and Dr. Alan Dershowitz have both called the impeachment a grave mistake and not what the founders intended.
Both these men are the foremost constitutional scholars alive today.
Dr. Turley taught at the George Washington university law school.
And of course Dr. Alan Dershowitz is the esteemed professor emeritus of Harvard.
According to these brilliant legal minds, the congress has abused it's power by going against Madison and Hamilton's bar of impeachment. The bar used by today's left wing socialists is laughably low and conspicuously vague to say the least.

Both Turley and Dr Dershowitz are DEMOCRATS!

Four scholars were called: Turley (GWU) for the Republicans; and Noah Feldman (Harvard), Pamela Karlan (Stanford), Michael Gerhardt (UNC) for the Democrats.
Why did Republicans only call one? If Turley said 'do it' for Clinton, why is he saying 'need more info' for Trump?
