Seaters London and Sweden PET

So we went to Europe for 13 days and got back today. Here are a few photos:

First up was the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace










Then it was high tea at the Library County Hall with a view of the Thames

Then it was off to Stockholm. Here is old town

Then we went to the Vasa Museum which houses the Vasa which sunk in the early 1600s and was well preserved in the cold water

Next was Northern Lights north of the arctic circle. We flew to Kiruna first:

We also visited a native Sami family who herds reindeer




Then the highlight, the Northern Lights. These photos were taken after 10:00pm in darkness with exposures of 20 seconds or so

We were on a photo safari for the Northern Lights portion of the trip. The company provided a guide and a professional photographer plus the camera equipment. We were using Nikon camera bodies and had multiple lenses depending on conditions and light. Some of the photos look like the middle of the day with a 20 second exposure. The first day we had a 2 hour classroom session and got to know our cameras.

Which web hosting service do you use?

I tend to run hot and even with that I found it to be damn cold at times. Lowest temp I know we were out in was -10 F.

As for web hosting I haven’t used a web host for photos here since Tapatalk made posting photos easier. I just use that and they must host them themselves.
