Wee man can claim to have kicked all the ass he wants. It doesn’t make it true. It is in fact just sad.
But trolls have to troll.
What makes it true is the evidence I posted that your fat ass ignored.
Did Duhron say you can’t fly over 250? Is that true?
Did holic say the dump vid was 5k when it was 2600?
Did fatty say they broke the 250 rule when the tower approved a fast climb?
Did you or did you knot :) wave a white flag?
And who is getting their ass kicked?
Kierland wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 4:05 am
They were heavy so the tower approved a fast climb.
More midget fail. First off heavy isn’t in reference at all to Delta 89’s weight. Second being a heavy doesn’t mean that is the reason ATC would approve a fast climb.
But here’s hoping he keeps claiming bode and asses kicked while posting such idiocy.

Ok I’ll play what does heavy stand for if it doesn’t stand for 300k+ Lbs take off weights?
Why was the fast climb approved if not for the stall speed and weight?

Heavy is a term applied to aircraft with a max takeoff weight over 300,000lbs. This is used to alert other to the wake turbulence these planes create and the need for increased separation.
This alone doesn’t explain why their fast climb was approved.
Also, the pilots weren’t talking to the tower at that point.

My post was misleading so I changed it. I didn’t have the 300k so I thought you might have misunderstood it.
So heavy means weight just like I said.
And you have no idea why You are right about me being wrong about the fast climb approval.
That’s just great. So how was I wrong again?

And yet you think I look stupid. Well obviously you don’t but you can’t type that I totally busted both those fuckers and made you and fat&greedy lay down arms.
You do look very stupid, so there is no thinking about it. As far as anything being busted in this thread, the only thing busted is your hymen, which has been plungered beyond belief. Almost as bad as your complete butchering of the English language.

Yes I watched it and felt pretty much the same as you.
What caused the stalls? Unless you know what you want to land ASAP.
Then dump the fuel at 8k and 300knots and tell the Tower.
Once again the simple numbers get your tardly ass. Under 10,000 feet they had to have been doing 250 knots or less. Pretty standard FAA regulation in all areas. The rule is bent a bit out of high traffic areas, LAX departure NOT being one of those areas. The day you do anything other in an airplane than try and get your dick over the toilet edge to piss is the day you can comment. Shut the fuck up now.

If you spent a little less time trying to figure out how to suck your own cock, and improve your reading skills you might stand a chance. I said the rule was 250 or under 10K. I also said that rule is broken quite frequently, thus you cannot read or understand.
You have never proved anybody wrong on anything and never will. Your self proclamations of bode are in your mind only. You look stupid because you are stupid, and so fucking stupid to not understand how stupid you are. That stupid. Fellate a shotgun.

So weight doesn’t mean weight.
You have no idea why the climb was approved but it wasn’t for weight.
And you don’t call LAX APP a tower.
But Duhron and holic and fatty are doing just fine.
You are a fat stupid idiot.
Of course weight equals weight. Heavy does not.
You made a statement of fact that you can’t prove that the fast climb was approved because of being heavy. You thought the heavy designation was due to Delta 89’s weight. A plane can be a heavy and still be hundreds of thousands of pounds below their max takeoff weight. You claim you wanted to deal in facts and yet you aren’t.
No one calls APP the tower. But APP also didn’t approve the fast climb. Just more you have no clue what you are talking about.
As for the others they are trying and don’t claim to be an expert on everything like you do. You think you know everything about this yet lie three times in one sentence.

Been reading through YouTube comments. There are some, claiming to be pilots that say these guys fukked up and should have did a by the book fuel dump, pointing to the fact that this plane can stay up all day long on one engine.
I ask them about the possibility of a second engine failure and get silence.
So, I’ll ask you again, even though you have addressed it already.
Have you ever experienced compressor stall?
What is the typical cause?
Obviously it is dependent on when. If it happens mid flight at 37k, it ain’t FOD. But if it happens during climb out, I would assume FOD is your first guess.
Is this the case?
And in the case of FOD induced failure, is it always immediate?
By that, I mean can an engine have a Canada goose as a snack, but not show signs of indigestion for maybe 5 minutes?
My guess would be that it would be immediate, but it is a guess. I mean I am not the midget. I don’t claim absolute knowledge unless I have good reason.

Actually - 24 minutes. Looks like 7,775 feet was all they got (assuming this this info is right). At least the benchod midget can go after them for breaking the 250 kts under 10,000 rule, though. :) Something tells me that wasn't too high on the priority list!
They didn’t break any rules moron. They were heavy so the tower approved a fast climb. Did you even look at the evidence you fat stupid fuck?
So your going with... “I was only joking.”

Do we even know that they only had one engine? He said he was not critical, does that mean he fixed it?
In 10,000 plus hours of turbine flight I have never had a compressor stall.
Generally at 8000 feet you aren’t thinking FOD. Birds can fly as high as almost 40000 feet but that is rare.
Bottom line is we don’t know all the details and we can’t offer up judgement, unlike some here have. And some of those focused on ‘facts’ are making crazy assumptions and talking out of their ass.

This is basic stuff that some jr high kids understand. Approach control doesn’t issue climb out instructions. They handle approach instructions. Departure control issues departure instructions. The tower doesn’t do either.
And for the 4 billionth time, even if the pilots did everything correct their aircraft didn’t and Delta should offer up some compensation.

I believe it stalled, they made a successful effort to relight it, but it stalled again. Not sure how many times it happened or if it was operating when they touched down, but I am pretty sure it was more than once.

Seeing how it was headed to China, I'd imagine it was WAY overweight to land, and they had to dump as much as they could no matter where they were at. “way overweight to land”
Do you even English bro?
But don't worry - those 180 people were expendable. Were or was?
Make up your fucking mind.

Wow. I would imagine that there was quite an effort to “lay it down gently”, as it had to have been fucked up heavy.
Heavy is a designation of weight not how much the plane weighs.

Good God your are a tedious idiot. I explained it has to do with wake turbulence. You want to take up the improper use of a label take it up with IATA.

There is nothing to "recover" from. They has a light misting of jet fuel. I suspect had it been overcast and they didn't see the offending jet, they'd have not noticed much. Someone might have wondered why it smelled a little like a gas station for a few minutes.
Has anyone seen all the pics on the news of the playground and chilins, just soping wet with Jet-A?
Me neither.
That's because there isn't any.
Yes that jet was pissing fuel at a pretty good rate. It was also at least a few thousand feet in the air and traveling at a pretty fair clip. They weren't high enough for complete evaporation, but it's not as if they were drowned by it.
