Specifically it looks like members of their PR department made decisions as to which priests to out as chomos.

This thread deserves more probing. It's fine for the owner of the Saints to be BFFs with the Archbishop. It's NOT ok for the owner to use team resources to aid the Archdiocese in outing some scapegoat priests while hiding the vast majority of others.
