Child support should be paid directly to a trust for the children, after blood tests are administered. The party who pays decides how the funds are spent, not the custodial parent. The custodial parent can decide how to spend the money they personally bring in -- not how to spend the other party's money.

Those women equate their wants to their children's needs. The children don't know any better, which underscores just how unnecessary large child support payments are without a system to account for spending .
