That song has an interesting history. Bob Dylan wrote the chorus and melody in 1973 as part of the Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid sessions but never finished it. Twenty five years later, Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show wrote additional verses, and the band recorded it. Theirs is the best version I've heard, imo.
