5-days until South Carolina. 8-days until Super Tuesday.





In South Carolina, 61% of the Dem Primary voters are Black. This is where Biden has to make his final stand.

Biden finished a distant 2nd in Nevada, but he won the Black Vote there by 5-points (36-31) over Sanders.

Just today, Biden just got the endorsement of South Carolina Kingmaker James Clyburn. That is big when it comes to locking up the Black Vote in the State.

Tom Steyer paid more than $40,000 to rent a property owned by Jim Clyburn's daughter in South Carolina. A bank Steyer founded has loaned $1 million to a Columbia SC-based bank that has one of Clyburn's sons-in-law on its board. Steyer tried very hard to win the Clyburn endorsement, but it went to Biden.

The South Carolina Polls don't take Sanders blowout Nevada win into consideration. The polls were conducted the day before that huge win. 60% said they wouldn't let the Nevada results influence their vote. Another 4% said they have already voted. But, that means 36% said they would take the Nevada result into consideration.

There is a Debate in South Carolina tomorrow. That might change things. Right now, this looks like a very close contest between Biden and Sanders. It's practically a coin-flip, but the slight edge goes to Biden on the strength of the James Clyburn endorsement.

If Sanders wins South Carolina...it's over.
