John Roberts was supposed to be a conservative rock, and yet when he had it in his power to squash Barrycare, he did not do so. He gave it the green light.
The other thing I credit Donald with is the overall concept of "America first." This is unfortunately mitigated to a huge extent by Donald's inflammatory rhetoric, behavior, and approach.

4. Donald is a lawless fraud. He has been owned by the bankers his whole life. Think about it. He is owned. His owners will allow him to swim around and do a lot of things, but there are certain things that he will NOT be permitted to do. We have continued Obama’s level on deficit spending.
