I'm really hesitant to be calling off elections. Why couldn't they do it by mail?Papa Willie wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 10:52 pm https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/17/us/p ... imary.html
So they're pushing so hard for personal isolation and scared to DEATH about COVID 19 - BUT - they don't have a problem with people going out in masses to vote for them.
I don't even know what the fuck to say.

No love for the Florida and Illinois GOP today?Papa Willie wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2020 3:20 amYes hell I would. I know you’ve got a problem with this. Hell - I could even tell Screwy thought it was weak.
Not sure why they even bother having primaries at all.

How would you do it large scale, last minute without massive fraud?Screw_Michigan wrote:I'm really hesitant to be calling off elections. Why couldn't they do it by mail?Papa Willie wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 10:52 pm https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/17/us/p ... imary.html

Oh, yeah, I forgot, massive fraud is a democrat voting tradition.

You should have to show ID and go to an polling station
Absentee ballots should be reserved for military members and a select few others that can demonstrate a need.

Guess how much fraud can happen with vote by mail.
I'll give you a hint.
A fuckin lot.
Oh, and don't give me your BS propaganda of non-existent voter fraud.
Last election? In Los Angeles,
148% of the voter rolls turned out to vote.

Everyone is supposed to stay home if they can. That doesn’t include a lot of folks who work in places like grocery stores, restaurants who serve take out and other essential services.
I think a lot of people will ignore it at least for now. Personally I’m happy to work from home for a while. I can get just as much done here as I can from the office.

Agreed. Will we see more companies moving to work from home for employees? I would think we will see a commercial real estate decline. Large office buildings are expensive and often unnecessary.
