aurora, ABI Network and NAIL.exe

Post by Mister Bushice »

One of the people who works for me has it in his computer. Nasty fucking thing, tried every spy removal program out there and it regenerates on reboot out of one file in the registry and one file somewhere else. I found some blogs and stuff on it, but no tool to remove. Any helpers out there who can find one?

You might think about removing those files, too.

If it's an XP machine, restore it.

Or, boot it in safe mode and delete the files.

Duh.

sounds like it's being loaded into memory and is restarting in a program that loads at startup.
run all your spyware/virus scanners in safe mode reboot and run in safe mode again after making sure you've nothing loading at startup.
