Falcons gonna falcon.
After blowing a 28-3 halftime lead in the Super Bowl. They wanted to take it up a notch and blew a 15 point lead with 4 minutes to go. Unreal
They Falcon'd it !
That organization is a fucking mess.
Psst... you can recover the ball on an onside before it goes 10 yards.

What a weekend... even if the Niners lost half their team (losing Jimmy G) is a plus for the Niners.
Great finishes in Mexico, Southern Oklahomo, and Seattle.

Vegas Raiders are looking good tonight in the home opener.
17 unanswered points.
Brees needs to step it up.

Big Boy Football > Politics
Good to see the step-children blast Nawlins.
Now they don't have to look up to their big brother and have their own state to play football in.
They needed to get outta Niner Country and the state.
Rack football being back.

You're not a Man.
The only reason women watch football... is to make sure their boyfriends fuck them (probably on a commerical break).
Just like I've NEVER wanted to go shoe shopping with my girlfriends no matter how tight their pussies are.
Men like football... Trumpers like shoe shopping and country music.

I'm not a man, but I used to love NFl. I even loved playing flag football in high school PE.
I hate to go Poptart, but the game and ideals have changed. I don't like politics in my entertainment either.
Plus it got too ungodly expensive. Show me their sponsors so I can avoid them.

The character of the NFL has gradually been stripped away over the past few decades.trev wrote:I'm not a man, but I used to love NFl. I even loved playing flag football in high school PE.

Free agency is not a good thing.
In times past, teams could build something, over time.
Fans in cities could grow attached to, and identify with, the team.
The league has become "cookie cutter," and all of the teams look very much alike.
Instant replay is horrendous (leave the game on the field), and it has become like 7-on-7.
Shot-gun, pass, shot-gun, pass...
Blech!
There is no character, or at least very very little, compared to the past.
Now with the pandemic you've got fake crowd noise being pumped at the fans, and it sounds ridiculous.
And the players, needing to "grow their brand."
The NFL now is like bubblegum rock, and the game is marketed to the low IQ viewer.
Boring.

Re: NFL Sunday Central
poptart... you sound like the grumpy old man that says... it was way better back in the day.
You have a point... but, I hate living in the past.
I'd rather watch well tuned players that would smack the shit out of the players in the past that drank a six pack before the game and where fat slobs. Sup. Kenny (the snake) Stabler...
I just like football... and I NEVER gave a shit about the National Anthem... before Trump made it an issue and his sheep/beta's could NEVER watch football game again... because their "Hitler" told them so.
Honestly, I'd always go take a piss or make some food... during the National Anthem and NEVER stood and crossed my heart.
The National Anthem has NOTHING to do with Sports. It only means shit... to beta's that need to be told what to do.

Re: NFL Sunday Central
If I was a player I would probably love free agency.
If I was an owner I would hate it.
I am a fan.
As a fan, I find that the sport was more entertaining, and it had more character, then free agency was very limited.
Hence, I do not love free agency.
But slavery?
Really?

Re: NFL Sunday Central
OK, fine. Slavery is a bit of a reach.
Free agency is as American as apple pie. Nobody said you have to like it, but you should. It allows players to achieve fair market value instead of having their earnings illegally limited by owners who collude to suppress player wages.

It looks like he's the white part of the Cal/oreo cookie in that picture.
Which if you look closely to the picture seems kinda odd.
Maybe there's a better scenario but I'm not going to try that hard.

Yes, I am a WFT fan. I actually think it is pretty funny, the Washington no-names. We should keep it like that. It would be better than Warriors or Senators or some other lame corporate Washington friendly nickname.Papa Willie wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2020 4:56 pm
Are you a Washington Football Team fan? Certainly you’d have to feel a little silly about that name. See what being a super liberal gets you? Don’t run too far to the left, dude. This is the type thing that gets you.
Beside, if you had a clue, you would know the Skins dropping their nick had nothing to do with liberalism but because Snyder stiffed his minority partner, the CEO of FedEx, on an annual payment. So the FedEx CEO said he'd drop the naming rights if the team didn't change the name. Lol.
