Native Americans should have been put left-most. This is Dawes Roll 2.0 -- California just wiped out several Indigenous People's heritage, who are Native and Black....while preserving the Native heritage of whites. This is not esoteric, this has real world, tangible consequences for tribes.

Many North Africans don’t share a Black experience. That’s a Western social construct. They are Somolian or Eritrean or... which isn’t a race. More likely to identify as Darod, Hawiye, or Isaaq. This differentiation is much more significant to them.
