You failed to answer my primary question. What is the harm in bringing the incoming administration up to speed on the pandemic? Why is Trump withholding that information? There's only three possible answers: 1) Releasing all his info would subject him to criminal charges/impeachment, or 2) it would show his total incompetence in his handling of the pandemic, or 3) he's trying to get payback on the country that wouldn't re-elect him.
