He was old and due to die soon anyway, so don’t blame COVID-19. Just think of it as thinning of the herd and freeing up resources for the younger and more deserving.

I was going to post Charley Pride's real name here -- so I could laff, and pray for him.

So I looked him up (not in the card catalogue, btw) and found that his birth name really was -----> Charley Pride.
