Yep. Moderate voters aren't going to stand for this shit. The GQP is gonna regret forcing the Dobbs decision down America's throat.

I think you'll find that there are more voters who value human life than there are those who don't even understand what the Supreme Court ruled. The court didn't ban abortion.
No, many voters are done with the Dems. I know many who just cannot vote for the insanity their party espouses today...the sexual insanity, the disastrous economic policies, the continuing destruction of schools, the ignoring of criminal behavior...even encouraging such behavior. Dem policies are beyond explanation to a sane person.
Yet, the GOP keeps trotting out unqualified bozos to run for office and they're blowing a golden opportunity.

Don't forget the gang of jack booted Na zi thugs that Biden sent to raid the humble retirement cottage of your Dear Leader in a totally uncalled for WITCH HUNT. Or the army of 87,000 armed IRS agents that they will be unleashing on all of us by next year in their quest to establish a socialist authoritarian state.Arthur Dent wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 2:29 pm I think you'll find that there are more voters who value human life than there are those who don't even understand what the Supreme Court ruled. I am 100% anti-Trump. Never have supported him. My fervent wish is that he be incarcerated.Mikey wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 3:27 pm Don't forget the gang of jack booted Na zi thugs that Biden sent to raid the humble retirement cottage of your Dear Leader in a totally uncalled for WITCH HUNT. On the other hand, it would be nice if some of the money for the 87,000 agent hires could be diverted to the southern border.
Re: Liz Cheney Walks The Plank
There aren't going to be 87,000 agent hires, despite the talking points that are being spouted by the entire GOP. The entire claim is fake news. Educate yourself.Arthur Dent wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 4:37 pmI am 100% anti-Trump. Never have supported him. By 2031 87,000 new employees will be brought in, quite a few of which will be agents replacing retiring persons.
Regardless of the numbers, even if it’s just 20 agents, the border with Mexico would be better served than a new voice answering phones.

You really are a fool, aren't you?
That’s about the lamest backpedal I‘be EVER seen.

Well it's not an ectopic pregnancy--which of course is immediately removed in every state--but I agree this is outrageous. I have no doubt that this woman will go out of state and get the proper treatment, which of course is a termination of the unfortunate (intended) pregnancy.

No, it's not. Which is my point...that there's more medical conditions than ectopic pregnancies that require abortions.LTS TRN 2 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 9:07 pmWell it's not an ectopic pregnancy

Not in AR.

Re: Liz Cheney Walks The Plank
No, "Diego," you've got it exactly backwards. While the arse-munching state of Arkansas is indeed reactionary as can be, its new strict abortion laws specifically allow for ectopic pregnancies to be terminated.
The law states that abortions are legal only “to save the life of a pregnant woman in a medical emergency.” It also excludes ectopic pregnancies, where the fertilized egg implants somewhere other than in the uterus.
Perhaps you misread the somewhat murky prose, but that means ectopic pregnancies are excluded from the new draconian law. This should be obvious since an ectopic pregnancy is a direct threat to the mother's life and of course has no chance of developing at all.

Unlike most of us around here.Arthur Dent wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 11:05 pmYou were correct. I have no problem admitting when I’ve made an error.
I’ll give you credit for that.
