In the mood this morning for some Mudhoney ..



Cold continues to hang around FOC for a few more
days so grill biz is taking a powder other than one
highly sketchy delivery today - dude lives in a motel,
has no car, and is paying me cash to deliver a small
smoker to him. If I never post a WRC again, this
would likely be the reason why.

.net folks will remember back to earlier this year when
"the cripple," was a regular topic. Well, "the cripple,"
is about to become a topic again. T1B- "the cripple,"
aka VagHub, aka my wife shredded her Achilles tendon
over a year ago, and had surgery #1 in January. In March
she tore it again and had surgery #2. 8 months later now,
it still hasn't healed properly, and surgery #3 is scheduled
in 10 days. She will be layed up for 2 weeks, and non-weight
bearing for 8 weeks AGAIN. In other words .... lots to do in
preparation for "the cripple," to be ready for the latest
set back.

And lastly today ... the feel good story of the week ....

God speed, Dave. I know how you feel. I occasionally have to deliver to the ghettos of North St. Louis. Why or how those people have the money for home delivered water service is beyond me. But, at least I'm in those neighborhoods in the morning hours when it's not so bad. Just pains me to have to look at those third world neighborhoods the City has neglected.

Putting up the Christmas decorations this weekend. Because...why not? Weather is cold but sunny.

I go all out! Not quite "Griswold" but close!

IN---- looking for Syracuse to get a W today. Christmas decor, minimal, goes up after Thanksgiving. No more ladders for me. Going to GA for dinner that day atr older son's place in GA.

13 F this morning, clear and crisp. The frost will burn off and we will get way up to 40 today, but great for working outside. In the sun. Lots of canadian geese moving, honking all day long. The skiers are going nuts with new snow clogging the canyon roads.

Doing some holiday decorations for the heater, she loves it. All land based here too wolfman. NFL. No f'ing ladders. Speaking of NFL, I am dead last in the great Screwie and Pops Pick 3 event, but set up for a great comeback.

And board news: You guys ran LTS. He sent a nice note mostly saying he didn't fit in anymore with "the crew of The Raft Of The Medusa" and he is out for a while. Well the door is open when he is ready to come back and torture us some more.

Hopefully Tune Town tonight.

Cold AF. After running the TURD we drove out of Utah to Great Basin National Park (socialism) and took a tour of the Lehman cave. Then drove I-50 “the loneliest road in America” across Nevada. Absolutely beautiful this time of year. Saw pronghorn, deer and almost hit a coyote crossing the road. Heading to Coin shop in Reno for some silver 🪙 and then on to Truckee and Tahoe for skiing.
