You really have no idea WTF you’re talking about, do you? Musk is paying $54.20 per share, the price he agreed to months ago and a lot higher than any recent valuation. It closed at $53.70 on Thursday, which is less than he’s paying for 100% of the shares. And trading is now stopped, since he bought the entire cesspool. The only reason it got that high is because all of the current shareholders are guaranteed $54.20.
