Been a minute since I heard this one ..



It's pretty farkin' chilly here in FOC and will be
staying that way for quite some time. Looking at
the extended ... aside from a few hours here and
there, we will be below freezing for the rest of 2022
w/ some hella bone chilling sub zeros mixed in as
well. :cry: That means actual grill work comes to a
complete stop, although there will still be a little
bit of buying and selling. I have been procrastinating
on repainting a few rooms in the house, so no time
better than the present. A trip to Lowes/HD/Menards
will be happening today.

I paid $2.69 last night, and that's not even close to the cheapest
in town. I am hearing reports of $2.30's and $2.40's in certain
parts of town. Man up and apologize already.
While you are at it, go ahead and apologize for the blind faith
you have in the orange shit stain. As mentioned in another
thread ... his latest boondoggle ... NFT's is utterly embarrassing.

today... but honeydo's and shopping will likely prevent much
of that happening. I will be shuttling VagHub around town on
her first post surgery outing for most of the day and early evening.

I just returned from an 11 day work trip to Singapore. Missed my 1-month old so badly. I’m still jet lagged but have dad/husband duties with one of our family Christmas parties happening this evening. I’ve got the ribeye roast curing in the fridge. She’ll go in the oven here shortly.

Just so glad to be home and have my baby girl in my arms again…

Yeah it's gonna be damn cold especially Christmas weekend around these parts. Thankfully snow will be kept to a minimum.

Got siblings and their families coming from Davenport, IA next week and my parents coming in from Denver as well. Gonna be like Christmas Vacation at our house for a few days minus in-laws and a broke redneck cousin.

I also occasionally check to see if maybe, just maybe, .net might be showing some sort of return to life and when I checked this morning, a different error message popped up. Up until today, it's been "account suspended."

Now, it's " SQL error, account locked." And there's a link to return to the index page, which just goes back to the error.

I'm no IT guy but I think I remember seeing that same SQL error a bunch of years ago when the Alliance tried unsuccessfully to plunger the place. I dunno. Just thought that was interesting.

Just calm down about the gas prices. It's completely due to factors in other areas where your guy f-ed up.

Prices are going down because demand for oil and gas is falling as countries brace for recession, coronavirus outbreaks in China threaten major financial disruption and drivers cut back on gas-guzzling as they try to save money to cover skyrocketing mortgage payments and stock market losses.

Oh and inflation is still very stubborn. Eggs used to be under $2 and they've risen above $6. Massive shortages coming. Inventories are depleting.

Be prepared to put any grilling on hold due to staggering beef prices coming.

Two things here... 1.rack full or not, you still put the cart in the rack, or next to it. 2. The rack isn't nearly full. Push up the carts on the right side.. there is still room to spare..... meanwhile the left side is FUCKING EMPTY!!!
