Ewing gets the pink slip at Georgetown. BUT--- the biggest WOW is Jim Boeheim kicked out the door at Syracuse's Dome. Never saw that coming. I wish Red Autrey good luck in bringing the Orangemen back to prominence.
I was going to call Jim Rome with a take on it, but there was no show today. Maybe Monday.

His web site said no shows this Thursday and Friday due to hoops games on CBS.

I don’t think Boeheim wanted to retire. He was forced out. His 2-3 zone outlived it’s welcome.
Re: March Madness---Coaching Style
I still have no idea about your listening issues... I listen thru
rome.com which connects to Audacy daily. I have never seen
any mention of the show not being on. ..... at any rate,
Rome has mentioned it a few times and did a rant on it the
day after the fiasco... apologies, but I was in a Zoom and missed
most of it though.

Rome's radio show was on.
The CBS Sports Network TV show was pre-empted for hoops...

If it were up to Boeheim, he would’ve stayed there until he dropped dead. Good job getting a decent replacement in house and hopefully rebounding in the next few years.
