Very happy to see this shitastic week come to an end and the
"heat dome" retreat to the southwest. While I have been around
a minute or two and clearly remember a few hotter temps here in
FOC, I do not recall ever having such a prolonged stretch of extremely
high dew points. When nearby towns are posting the highest temps
and comfort indexes on the entire globe .... you know you are fucked.
But no, there is no such thing as climate change and global warming.

The yam had a pretty solid week, huh? I haven't even mentioned this
prick since I don't know when. I have been neglecting my duties for
sure. The interwebs are full of creative memes, but I will only be
sharing a few .....







Leave it to the trumpers to continue believing the lies coming from
the fat man. "It's all bullshit." I can't count how many times I have
heard that the last couple of weeks from the kool-aid drinking fools
I know.
I don't care who you are, how good of a guy you may be, or whatever ....
if you have 91 charges against ...... chances are pretty fucking likely that
you are guilty as hell of at least one.
Lastly, I can't even begin to imagine how green the orange bastard is
right now with envy of Putin. Dude literally eliminates every single
enemy for the whole world see, and just keeps on keeping on like he
doesn't have a care in the world.

As far as the weekend:

Got the backyard cut yesterday. Felt like 106 degrees at the time I cut it. I’m fucking invincible! Cut a little of the front this morning, edged, weedeated. It’s hot as fuck already. I may be done…it’s brutal here.

Wife visiting her mom an hour away. Gonna read, go eat some wings and a burger while catching some of ND-Navy, and stay the fuck out of the heat as much as possible.

Wife and I just finished up a getaway weekend in Chicago where it was 72 and sunny. We went to the Sum41/Offspring concert in Tinley park and took a architecture boat tour of the city.

Was a nice weekend.
