Be sure to watch the whole thing, at least the first four minutes, it keeps getting better and better.
The helicopter guy (Chris Christie? ) certainly knows how to play up the drama.
Corona. That's schmick's neighborhood. Hmmmm...wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that he's a cross dresser.

Good question. La Habra is just north of Anaheim. About 20 miles west of Corona, but pretty direct route there on the 91 freeway. Maybe they were chasing her for using the FasTrak lane on the 91 without a transponder.
I once got a $450 fine on that road for not paying attention and going into the 3+ lane (no toll) instead of the normal FasTrak lane.

Fuck Fastrak. That's criminal enterprise in its own. They don't take cash at the bridge tolls anymore. Maybe the Benicia Bridge. But I have no need to head to Benicia or Vallejo. That's R-Jack's hood. Fucking shithole.
They have cameras from the Maze to the south bay for the toll lanes. Couple weeks later you end up with a bill in the mail just for passing slow traffic and getting back into the non-toll lanes. Not sure if you got your fine in the mail or were pulled over. Just remember to pass when the cameras aren't visible.
Big Brother is watching you and stealing your money.

I was going to a meeting, for work, where I was going to give a presentation and was thinking about my talk while driving. I only used that road a few times a year for offsite work. At the entrance to the FasTrak lane it gets split into two, one with the overhead sensor and one for "3+" with no sensor so you don't get charged. I had a transponder and missed the beginning of the split, and couldn't get over because of some cones. The cop was waiting for me at the exit of the staging area and pulled me over. I showed him my transponder and explained that I wasn't trying to save money because I wasn't paying the toll myself anyway. His deal was, well I can't let you off because I pulled you over and I can't backtrack. I guess they need to pay his salary or something.

Sounds like a wonderful place to live.
That entire area is a shithole. Hot, crowded and smoggy. I've often referred to it as the taint of SoCal. Probably the worst air quality in the entire state, but the homes are relatively cheap. When we moved back to California from Nevada in 1999 we actually looked at a new home up there (about 60 miles north of here) but had a hard time breathing so we made a better choice and moved to where we are now.

Most Californians live in a shithole. If you add up the populations of Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield, all of the rest of the Valley, all of the inland empire, 98% of LA/Orange Counties and large chunk of the east bay and San Jose- that’s a shit ton of people living with some combination of- shit views, shit air, hella traffic, high prices, hot summers and too much concrete.

So is a cruise of the PCH on a motorcycle worth a trip out there?
Absolutely. Start in SLO and head north. Done it many times in every kind of vehicle from bike to motorcycle to hardtop to convertible to RV. I have even done it in a hippy van.
Absolutely spectacular, but it's still closed south of Big Sur, near Lucia. We drove down to Nepenthe, Big Sur, a couple of Sundays ago from Palo Alto. Spent the afternoon hiking around Point Lobos.
Be careful, though. There's a high percentage of liberals in the area. Some of them may be violent.

I think I’d be safe. It’ll be a while before I do the ride anyway.

You are truly one of the worst pieces of shit to ever post on this board. Start giving up your paycheck for reparations now and then you can shut the fuck up about your racist blasts.
8 cm aneurysm? That's more than 3 inches. Yeah, my friend's life has been saved.
Was this in his ascending (thoracic) aorta? My younger brother died age 65 a few weeks ago from a thoracic aortic dissection, same thing that killed my father at 56 and my sister at 60. His aneurysm was 6 cm. When it gets to 5.5 you’re supposed to have surgery, and he was going to do it in the spring. It’s a procedure that does carry some risk of morbidity and mortality. Mine is 4.1 and stable, slightly larger than normal and monitored every year. I’m glad your friend survived. He was lucky.
Could have flown off and did a victory lap in the sky over the cops while laughing. Then flew off to Nova Scotia where they really care about the quality of life.
