To give you an idea of just how badly this is going for Jack Smith,
CNN reported just yesterday that Smith's legal team had to write up a timeline of events surrounding the Mar-A-Lago document raid to justify the charges against Trump.

Basically the case is unable to stand on its own merits as presently constituted so Smith's team had to go back to the drawing board and write a 63 page fan fiction to justify their allegations. How much creative license did Smith take in drafting this story? Given his past history of making shit up... probably a lot. Should be fun to watch another Smith House Of Cards come tumbling down.
