In a nutshell, it is Prez Clinton in a clip being VERY specific about the absolute NEED to enforce the Southern border...and the obvious reason that priority has changed is the need for more uninformed (and illegitimate) potential voters...since the Dems decided to turn the US into something unrecognizable and the challenge of selling their Hate America policies....

Neither party has been adequately attentive to the volume of illegal border crossings for decades but at least they pretended to voice concern. How our board lefties can witness the invasion of the past 3 years and yawn is ________ (no adequate adjective).
And Trump is being charged with election interference for wanting to take another look at the anomalies...

The party of the poorly educated likes to whine that the Southern border is open....as La Migra is continuing to make huge numbers of arrests & drug seizures. Yeah, this admin is doing nothing.
And yet Dump has failed to present any evidence of anomalies in over 60 courts, including before judges appointed by Dump himself. Feel free to present evidence in a courtroom of these anamolies & convince the judge that there were anomalies and then we can talk about this "election fraud."And Trump is being charged with election interference for wanting to take another look at the anomalies...

Key Facts:
Encounters at the Southwest border (SWB) in FY2023 increased over 40% since FY2021, 4% compared to FY2022, and more than 100% compared to FY2019.
Last month, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported a 40% increase compared to September 2021 and 18% compared to September 2022.
Since President Biden took office, there have been 7.5 million encounters nationwide and 6.2 million encounters at the Southwest border, in addition to 1.7 million known gotaways.
In FY2023, 169 individuals whose names appear on the terrorist watchlist were stopped trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border between ports of entry. 18 were apprehended in September alone.
So far in FY2023, CBP has arrested 35,433 aliens with criminal convictions or outstanding warrants nationwide, including 598 known gang members, 178 of those being MS-13 members.
In FY2023, CBP, including Air and Marine Operations, has seized 27,293 pounds of fentanyl, coming across the Southwest border—enough to kill more than 6 billion people.

Majority now support building a border wall
West Long Branch, NJ – Public concern about illegal immigration is higher during President Joe Biden’s term than it was under the prior two administrations, according to the latest national Monmouth (“Mon-muth”) University Poll. A majority of Americans support building a border wall for the first time since Monmouth started asking this question in 2015. Nearly half say the bipartisan border deal that was blocked in the U.S. Senate earlier this month is not tough enough on illegal immigration. More than 8 in 10 Americans see illegal immigration as either a very serious (61%) or somewhat serious (23%) problem.
“Illegal immigration has taken center stage as a defining issue this presidential election year. Other Monmouth polling found this to be Biden’s weakest policy area, including among his fellow Democrats,” said Patrick Murray, director of the independent Monmouth University Polling Institute.
A majority of the public (53%) supports building a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico, compared with 46% who oppose it. During the Trump administration, support for this project registered no higher than 44% and stood as low as 35%. Support stood at 48% the first time Monmouth asked this question (September 2015) and 42% the last time this question was included in one of Monmouth’s national polls (April 2019). Compared to public opinion nine years ago, support for building a border wall has increased by 13 points among Republicans (from 73% to 86%) and 11 points among independents (from 47% to 58%), but it has declined by 14 points among Democrats (from 31% to 17%).
Diego needs to find a platform to inform that majority that there's nothing to see and to calm those folks.....

The economy is roaring. Immigration is a key reason.
Immigration has propelled the U.S. job market further than just about anyone expected, helping cement the country’s economic rebound from the pandemic as the most robust in the world.
That momentum picked up aggressively over the past year. About 50 percent of the labor market’s extraordinary recent growth came from foreign-born workers between January 2023 and January 2024, according to an Economic Policy Institute analysis of federal data. And even before that, by the middle of 2022, the foreign-born labor force had grown so fast that it closed the labor force gap created by the pandemic, according to research from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
Immigrant workers also recovered much faster than native-born workers from the pandemic’s disruptions, and many saw some of the largest wage gains in industries eager to hire. Economists and labor experts say the surge in employment was ultimately key to solving unprecedented gaps in the economy that threatened the country’s ability to recover from prolonged shutdowns.

I can’t speak for Trump supporters, but I don’t understand how it’s racist to want a secure border. I don’t know a single person who is pro enforcing US law who has ever uttered a negative word about Mexicans or Hispanics in general.Screw_Michigan wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 6:00 pm So sad how Dumpster cultist racists are willing to flush our economy down the toilet to keep brown people out of America.

Re: When the Dems gave a shit about America
It's rather simple how to cut down on the # of people illegally crossing the border. Take. Away. The. Jobs. Enforce the laws on the books regarding the hiring of employees on a large scale & publicize it. Viola, employers will stop hiring illegal immigrants. Once word gets around that the jobs have dried up the flow of illegal immigrants will slow to a trickle.Sudden Sam wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 1:11 pmI can’t speak for Trump supporters, but I don’t understand how it’s racist to want a secure border. But Republicans will never go for that, as they know how farmers & restaurant owners get their cheap labor. Want proof? Look at CA22. Why did the area which is one of the biggest agricultural areas in the country keep sending Devin Nunes to Congress? It wasn't simply about water rights. Nunes not only didn't want workplace enforcement of hiring laws, he was in the practice of hiring illegal immigrants himself on his family farm.
So no, Republicans don't really want to eliminate illegal immigration. They just want to blow their racist dog whistles while looking the other way at the cause of illegal immigration.

Absolutely sickening.
These people are ILLEGAL for many reasons! They have broken laws by illegally crossing the border instead of going through customs and being here......LEGALLY!!!!
Sounds like the demtwats have also redefined what illegal really means along with many other allegedly "racist and hateful" words.
Denver has always been a sanctuary city. Now, they want to make sure they live for free while city employees suffer losses.
It is not racist to close the border and build a wall. It doesn't mean they are not welcome. It means go through actual legitimate border crossings.
Americans do this whenever we cross any international border. Why should they be exempt???
