Nevada has agreed to purge over 90,000 ineligible voters from its rolls following a legal battle with the Republican National Committee and the Trump campaign, according to a press statement from the Nevada GOP.

Therefore it is blatantly obvious that she was not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN at birth.

It required a positive act of law (naturalization act) to make her a citizen.
So again, her citizenship did not come NATURALLY.

She is not a natural born citizen.

Wiki has a discussion on the case law, including:

The U.S. Supreme Court decision in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), citing Lynch as a leading precedent, held a child born in the United States of two Chinese parents became "at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States".

And again, both of Andrew Jackson's parents were not U.S. citizens.

Just take the L and move on to your next issue. You may not like it, but Harris is clearly a natural born citizen.

The case was not about natural born citizenship.

Article Two, Section 1 reads...

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the
Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;

Andrew Jackson was a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.

Harris is a native born citizen.

The term, natural born citizen, came from Vattel's Law of Nations.

A natural born citizen is defined as one who is born in the country, of parents who are citizens.

The "natural born" wording was obviously placed in the Constitution to prevent someone with potentially conflicting allegiance from taking the highest office in the land.

Someone such as Scamala Harris is exactly what the founders had in mind.
