2 bonehead mistakes cost y’all dearly. The taunting or unsportsmanlike conduct (whatever they called) early and then the kid yanking his helmet off. They missed another LSU kid acting like a fool early. That’s all on Kelly. Lack of discipline exhibited by his kids. Those kinds of mistakes are killers.

USC’s QB did not need all the help. He was damn good. So was Nussmeier.

I don’t think the better team won.

I don't know why Kelly started to run the ball late in the game when they had $UC on the ropes. That's when I knew it was over for the Tigers. $UC's cornerbacks were playing 10-15 yards off the ball all game long. The Trojans don't have a good defense. Maybe both teams are overrated. I'm not a fan of Kelly's. Is this the 4th season in a row he has lost the opener to an inferior team?
