Hunter Biden's Pardon

Post by 88BuckeyeGrad »

There ain't no fucking way that drug addled, corrupt, POS ever sees the inside of a prison cell. The Big Guy is going to pardon him (and probably himself) as soon as the election results are final and Harris cannot do it for them. It sure would have been interesting to see where Hunter got all that money he didn't pay taxes on. But we'll never know now. The Press is disinterested. So he skates.

IDK how. much money was involved, but I'd guess that we're talking a few million. So you started this thread about it.

Yet Ivanka & Jared Kushner were given $2.2B by the Saudi government for reasons we don't know (but we can guess what some of it was for) yet you aren't bothered enough to start a thread about that.

Biden family corruption over last 10 years? I'd guess that we're talking a few billion.

You are taking too many meds, my friend. You really think Biden will let his son go to prison for multiple years? Never gonna happen.

This is one of those mystery Progtard memes. What in the fuck are you talking about? The closest thing I can find in the news is that after Jared Kushner left the White House, he started a private equity firm that received a $2.2 billion investment from a Saudi sovereign wealth fund. The same Saudi sovereign wealth fund has huge investments in other places including Uber, Nintendo and Microsoft. The money isn't owned by Kushner. It is owned by the Saudi sovereign wealth fund. Kushner's investment firm manages the investments for the Saudi sovereign wealth fund. And to my knowledge, the Team D controlled DOJ has never said there is anything wrong with his company providing those services.

Is this what you are drooling on your shirt about?

88braincells is obsessed with Biden pardoning his son because that's exactly what his shitbag candidate would do. Biden has morals. 88braincells does not.

I will go ahead and call my shot.

I think one of the carrots for Biden to drop out was a promise by Harris that, win or lose against Trump, she would pardon Hunter (and probably everyone else with dirty fingers in the Biden crime family, and that is a lot of fingers). And you say how could she pardon all those criminals if she loses to Trump? Well, the inauguration day does not occur until January of 2025. Between election day in November and January of 2025, I can see Old Joe resigning from office to make Harris the first female, black, Indian (who knows maybe even transgender by then) president. Of course, she would want to make the world a better place with her new found power, and the best way to do that would be to pardon Old Joe and his family of thieves. That let's Biden say he would not pardon his son. And no one in the Press is ever going to ask Harris if there is an understanding that she will pardon Hunter and Co. if she becomes president (and even if they did, she would say it would be something she'd have to think about at the time - she would never admit to such scheming). I think the Crackhead gets out of jail courtesy of The Cackler. The Press will, of course, says it is a magnanimous thing to do (historic even), and that it is time to Move On.

You really think Hunter is going to prison? The sentencing guidelines for what he pled to are in the multiples of years. Why would he do that?

Same reason other defendants plead guilty. They would rather spend 3 years in prison rather than 15.

You know the sentencing guidelines. That isn't the reason. There was no plea deal. He entered an Alford plea (maintained his innocence but agreed that he would likely be found guilty on undisputed facts).

Hell, I forgot that Hunter recently got convicted on a gun felony that should, according to the sentencing guidelines, put his ass in the pokey (pun intended) for 17 months. And that is separate and apart from this tax crimes conviction, which the guidelines put in the multiples of years. He's never going to see the inside of a prison.

And man, what a difference a couple of decent brain cells make. Remember when Garland's DOJ tried to sneak a freebie for Hunter past a federal judge about a year ago?

I thought they didn't let him enter an Alford plea.

Whatever. Biden says he won't pardon him, and until proven otherwise, that's what I'm believing.

You are right. The prosecutors refused to agree to allow him to enter an Alford plea. He just plead guilty. No plea bargain. He does not need it.
