NFL Today 10/20/24
Big Boy Football is on the menu and it's delievering.
It looks like Deshaun Watson just ruptured his Achilles tendon. Crab man is taking over. Maybe "The Mistake by the Lake" will have a chance now.
(5-0) Minnesota vs. (4-1) Detroit in the Twin Cities is living up to the hype. The Vikings come out kicking ass and going up 10-0 in the 1st quarter. Then the Cal Bear(Goff) says he's seen enough. He starts shredding the undefeated Vikings.
12/12 for 156 yards and a TD in the 1st half.
Goff drops a dime
21-10 Lions at halftime.
The 2nd half of today's menu has the Raiders vs. the Rams. Who cares?
But, what everyone has been waiting for... In the San Francisco Bay Area
The Super Bowl rematch
KCdave will be glued to seat for this one. Expecting an easy win for the Chefs. This will happen if the Niners play Campbell at linebacker. Mahomo will light up the Niners if this happens.
Good to see Ricky Pearsall playing in his 1st game after getting lit up in The City.
Not having the NFL Offensive Player of the Year last year (Run CMC) will make this a difficult challenge for the Niners.
Should be a fun game to watch if Campbell is benched.

Hard to believe that the Niners are favored. I was going to take the Chiefs in 3BB but don't want to be rooting against my team.

Re: NFL Today 10/20/24
Sounds about right... if Campbell doesn't play. I think the Niners can jack them even without Run CMC. Mason is back from injury. Niners are horrible in the Red Zone and they're on their 3rd kicker. Too funny.
The Chefs have a great defense , so hopefully the Niners can hit some field goals with their new kicker.
Got a wild one in Minneapolis.
Goff 20/21 for 249 yards and 2 TD's.
But the undefeated Vikings are starting to roll.

And if you want more big boy football, check out the highlights from yesterday's game between the North Carolina State Wolfpack and the California Golden Bears, with both teams fighting for their first conference win!
Spoiler alert.
Here are the current standings in the Atlantic Coast Conference:

Goff can only do so much. Lions are trying to be like Cal.
Good one. Lets see if Goff can save.

Re: NFL Today 10/20/24
Says who?
-Justin Wilcox.
Going for two cost the Bears two games.
Doesn't really matter. Wilcox would have found another way to lose.
Now the Niners better not fuck up my weekend , again.
Re: NFL Today 10/20/24
Not sure how much more of this I can take.
I was going to take KC instead of MIN, but didn’t. Bad call.

Re: NFL Today 10/20/24
The San Francisco Bay Area isn't a good place to be a kicker it seems.
I guess 83 degrees and sunny with no wind are just too harsh of conditions.

Gotta RACK the Niner defense. Actually both defenses. This actually has become a game.
Now that I’ve said that look for KC to roll.

Or Purdy to play his worse game of the year.
Maybe I'll give him a pass since they are down to their 5th, 6th, and 7th string WR's.

Not that I pay any attention to the shit product that is the NFL, but isn't that what he's paid to do?

I feel your pain Sam. Same applies to Joe Buck and Joe Davis. Fukkers cannot stand more than 200 milliseconds of silence. And I love my baseball.
My solution is shut the shit mouths audio off, watch on fox and listen on sirius.

The chefs own the Niners.
Mahomes made some great plays when he needed to.
Aiyuk gone for the year with a torn ACL.
Not a great weekend.

Huh. About what I expected.
Chump as in media addicted tool who lets sports scores and stats serve as a measure of his own self worth.
Chump as in chump who spends money on totally vicarious thrills someone else has.
Huh
Have a nice day.
