What he says is happening in Brazil and Venezuela rings 100% true. And Ukraine.

The West…the US and NATO…has been in control of almost everything since WW2. The US and its allies get to use the rest of the world's resources as it sees fit. The West will not disappear, but it is no longer going to run things without negotiating with the East and the Global South (Latin America and Africa).
