what are you dressing up as for Halloween?
The office has quite a few costumes this morning, a couple are pretty funny.

A fat bald headed 69 year old ex hippie.
I won’t be posting any pics. It’s too scary for a lot of people.

Perhaps it's just me, but I think an adult in a professional office/setting/atmosphere that dresses up in a costume is very much unprofessional. Present yourself professionally each and every day. If you want to don a costume this eve for the kids that come by and trick or treat or for a halloween party, let 'er rip.

I dressed up as Fiatlux but got tired of everyone trying to put their dick in my face. I didn't realize he was that well known.

I thought you’d be dressing up as a leaking vagina. You seem to be an expert.HighPlainsGrifter wrote: ↑Thu Oct 31, 2024 10:19 pm I dressed up as Fiatlux but got tired of everyone trying to put their dick in my face. I didn't realize he was that well known.

My daughter is the only one dressed up from my house, she's going trick or treating as Elizabeth Bennet (some of her friends are going as other Bennet sisters). The costume is perfect, except for the sneakers.
My son and his best bud dressed as each other for class last week -- they both have red hair, so it was really effective and really fun, but it doesn't really play out in "real life" where not everyone knows them. His job will be to team up with friends and (friendly) scare trick or treaters, if any happen to venture out on this cold rainy night.

Given out 3-4 lbs of candy so far.
I answer the door in a gray suit, speak with a stutter, sniff all the girls' hair and suck on baby feet.

No street lights, 200 to 300 feet between houses, 150 feet steep uphill driveway. Our neighborhood isn’t very conducive to successful trick or treating. We used to take our kids to their grandparents house 20 miles away in suburbia. A couple of our neighbors’ kids came by one year, and that was about it. We’re usually ready and had a bag of candy and a cool jack o lantern last year, but no takers. I used to look forward to eating all that chocolate myself, but not so much anymore, so we’re not participating this year.
