Polish Minister: Ukraine Laundered BILLIONS in US Aid Back to Democrats

Kulpa made the bombshell accusations on Thursday while being interviewed by Ukrainian journalist Lana Shevchuk.

Removing a citation from a website that is known for spewing falsehoods, misinformation & dubious claims DOES in fact change the statement as well as the article. It's like saying that if a witness in court blatantly lies in their testimony it should only be held against the witness regarding the part of the testimony in question. Fat chance a jury is going to consider them a reliable witness afterwards.
