They sold us, Roux. They owned us. Fucked with our heads. Separated our families. Beat us to death. Sold our families. Said we would own nothing, not our bodies, not our labor, not songs, not our stories, not our history, not our future. They lied to us. Told us that the oral history and handwritten family bible entries were lies. Told us our eyes lied. Told us there were no massacres, there were no burials alive, burials at sea, burials in earth, burials in paperwork where not even given a name, a real name.
They lied, Roux. Told us the war was the North's fault, the war was over tariffs, over property, over money, over freedom, over everything except how those things connect intimately to us. They told us the North was wrong to interfere, intervene, intercede.
They sold us a fake version of Judaism, a fake version of Christianity, a false version of Islam.
They lied to the illiterate and scholarly alike, and used the law to steal intellectual property and physical property with no fucks given and no recourse available.
They lied to the sick and to the healthy, stealing our blood, our organs, our very cells and DNA through lack of informed consent, and profited off all.
They turn our unborn infants into serums and our sons' foreskins into beauty creams. Because we let them, signing away what's precious, with no recourse for restitution after the fact.
But that's not the meat.
The meat is that they have lied about the number of deaths associated with The Final Solution, as well as the manner of those deaths. You gave me a link a couple weeks ago about the human skin lampshades. And I'm predicting right now even that will be allowed to be disproved in 50 additional years.
There were no babies used as clay pigeons. There were no guns which broke the laws of physics bending upon themselves. There were no escapes walking backwards. There were no physical eagles and bears in cages (would have made a heck if a parable though). There was no soap made of jewish fat. There was no zyklon B gassing to death. There were no masturbation machines. There were no jewish persons buried alive in numbers so large the ground flowed like a river with the struggles of their climbing out. There were no crematoriums producing historic amounts of human ash and fat.
There were just the regular degradations and horrors of life as a POW and refugee.
And there were the tortures of former officers to get the hasbara the Allies wanted to justify sending the plague not to their old homes in Europe, or to the US or Argentina or Madagaspar, but to the unsuspecting, kind-hearted, religiously tolerant Gazans who had no idea what evil was about to be dumped on their doorstep.
There are now the lies repeated so often that the liars shrug when confronted with truth, because such lies are not really a lie if it reveals a truth - according to the Talmud, and the parable of Kamtza, his frenemy bar-Kamtza and a little village named Kushtah.
Paul himself said they are the enemy of all mankind. He said it for a reason, Roux. He said it because he was them. What could Peter say to that?
