hoping to go this weekend, but because of my asshole friend who says he wants to do something, but waits until the last fucking minute possible to ask for time off or get it cleared with the woman, those odds are 50/50. at union park in chicago, haven't been there but should be alright. presale weekend passes were $22 but have been upped to $35 now, which is still a really good deal.

hold steady is a great artsy bar band from Minneapolis by way of Brooklyn. They have a great song for all the midwesterners about how everything is cooler in Chicago. DL some stuff off their Separation Sunday album.
