fuckin- A why don't i listen to more White Zombie....balls to the wall pump yer ass up for ANYTHING music....White Zombie....a close second AC/DC....pantera and megadeth up there too...

not TOO big of a fan (tho i still listen to "Rob Zombie" stuff) but when he was part of White Zombie...damn...RnR!!!

La Sexorcisto was good and the remixes of Astrocreep still gets played in my ride from time to time. Otherwise It's garbage. Rob Zombie is a total fucking tool. You have to be a total fucking tool to shamelessly ape Al Jourgensen's music and wardrobe five years after Ministry mattered.

I've had a mix cd going lately of The Who, Stones, and Yardbirds. All of it the earlier, up tempo stuff. Nothing says "Wake yo ass up!" quite like the Blow Up version of Stroll On

Not so much pump up, but the current going on the elliptical mix are two early hip-hop mixes. One of 'em I did a long time ago with a busted mixer and the sugar hill box set. The other came lately with some Double Dee & Steinski.
