legal music downloading...
ok, Ive tried the bitorrent deal and I dont like it. I dont mind spending some cash to be able to download songs, but I dont want to pay $.99 for every song. whats my options? I checked out Napster, but if I want to burn it to a disk, I have to pay $.99. Yahoo! has a beta version out but again you have to pay to burn. what are my options?

He said LEGAL.

I'll also recommend another russian site. Its called allofmp3.com. You pay $0.02 per mb downloaded. It will allow you to download almost any song in almost any format. They have a program that will do all the downloading for you so you can just decide what songs you want, put in the order for them, it will convert them into the format you want and then you can use the software to download all your songs while you go and sleep or go for vacation. This site, like the last one are semi-legal because technically its 'importing' music which is frowned uppon by the RIAA but they are legal in their respective countries and the best of all, the RIAA can't trace you like they can on some of the other services. Allofmp3.com has been featured on /. a few times.
