Saw Coach Carter last night.

Post by Hapday »

What a great flick! I had never heard of this guy before, that's a shame. The DVD has a section where they talk about the kids from the team, talk the real coach Carter, and have a reunion. Most of them are in college now, and a few of them are planning to go to medical school.

Has everyone else seen it?

Decent flick. Kind of like Hoosiers and Lean On Me had a baby.

Good flick. Nice to see a black urban drama that wasn't just about crime or gangs. Oh, and Ashanti...hot some?
