Kyle Boller does suck
Kyle Boller does suck
He looks like a fucking 3rd grader who had a huge growth spurt. My TV is frightened of my boots right about now. Jesus fucking Christicles. He's thrown a total of 24 preseason passes and has been picked 3 times. And they were all ugly, and all his fault. Fucking shitstain prick.
Now pretty please, with sugar on top, clean the fucking car.
I've said for a few years now that the Ravens were a QB away from being a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
Billick has a Super Bowl ring so it's hard to say he is overrated but he has made some questionable decisions for a supposed "offensive genius."
Boller is one.
Dumping Priest Holmes is another (no matter how good Lewis is .)
Signing Elvis Grbac.
Drafting Travis Taylor so high.
Those are just a few off the top of my head.
Like I said he has a ring so 'Bode to him but from the outside looking in it seems that Newsome is the guy behind that franchise.
Am I wrong Kutter?

Newsome signed off on Taylor and Boller, so Billick doesn't get all the heat on those. He also had to sign off on Grbac, as well as letting Holmes go. Remember, he wasn't cut: he was a free agent. Besides, Holmes has what the rest of the Chiefs will never have, and he got it with the Ravens. :D

Lowlights from Saturday night:
1. Boller missed a handoff to Chester Taylor and decided to hand the ball off to Derrick Mason, who was faking an end around. Mason, who wasn't supposed to get the ball on the play, nearly fumbled and took a 7 yard loss on the play.
2. Facing a blitz, Boller overthrew both of his hot reads by about five yards and hit a Philly safety right on the numbers.
3. Facing another blitz, Boller threw off of his back foot trying to go deep down the middle. Result: a severely underthrown tipped pass and another horrible INT.
I'm nearly done with this disaster of a QB. I used to be a Boller backer, showing more than a little patience. This is his third season in the same offense, he has Jamal Lewis back, he now has Derrick Mason and Mark Clayton, not to mention Todd Heap. If this scrub can't do any better than THIS, I want Billick and Newsome's heads on a platter. What a waste of time.

Iggles 1st unit D Line owned the Ravens 1st unit O line. Trotter was all over the place. The defense is rounding into shape nicely.KUTTER wrote:Lowlights from Saturday night:

I'd expect a team like the Texans to ride a young qb because they're aiming for long term success. The Ravens have the defensive talent to go far in the playoffs but they don't have the qb and they can't wait on Boller much longer. Lewis is 30 or in his early 30's. He has lost a step.. he looked like a turnstile on saturday. had they signed a guy like garcia I think they would be a lot more dangerous then they would with Boller.mvscal wrote:No, I can understand their POV. They have a lot invested in the kid and they want to make sure they've done everything they possibly can to enable him to be successful. That's fine just as long as you take steps to make sure your team doesn't suffer as a result of that focus.jiminphilly wrote:FTFYmvscal wrote: I'm still wondering why they didn't sign a decent starter.
It's a team with legitimate Superbowl aspirations. They can't throw it away on a spastic reject of a QB who doesn't have what it takes to make it.

I don't get to see him play much but their defense has been good so I have no reason to doubt he's been good.. that was until I saw him get turned inside out by Westbrook on the 50 yard pass (8 yard pass that Westbrook turned into a 50 some yard td pass).BSmack wrote:Somebody comming around to my POV on Ray Lewis?jiminphilly wrote:I'd expect a team like the Texans to ride a young qb because they're aiming for long term success. That's even funnier than Lewis getting pancaked by Jordan Black.jiminphilly wrote:I don't get to see him play much but their defense has been good so I have no reason to doubt he's been good.. that was until I saw him get turned inside out by Westbrook on the 50 yard pass (8 yard pass that Westbrook turned into a 50 some yard td pass).BSmack wrote:Somebody comming around to my POV on Ray Lewis?

Nothing left but excuses for Ray Ray.KUTTER wrote:Lewis had blitzed on the Westbrook TD. If you watched the game you would have noticed that the first Raven to even be in the frame with Westbrook was a safety about 30 yards downfield. The Ravens brought 7 or 8 guys on that play.
I was double teamed!
I was blitzing!

Yes, he did but when westbrook encountered lewis down field around the 20 and he turned him inside out. Where was Lewis's spectacular tackling on that play?KUTTER wrote:Lewis had blitzed on the Westbrook TD. I give Lewis credit for hustling down the field but he and the rest of the Ravens looked slow.
