Maybe OU should follow Texas Tech's lead and schedule more challenging games to open the season at
HOME . I hear that Abilene Christian is open next year.
I hope you OU fans didn't get your tickets to the Rose Bowl. Although, Shreveport is pretty in December. :P :P :P

Should be a great game
Actually, it is a rivalry game and it is always a battle. Hopefully, we can take it to them this year.

Props Frogs.
Harv,
You may want to save some of that smack until after you beat OU and OSU.

Agreed. But you and I both know that OU fan would be relentless had we just laid a turd like that against TCU.

Actually, I think OUfan has been humbled beyond belief......two years ago, 0-2 in conference title game and MNC game, 1-1 last year, then a loss at home to TCU to open the season.....ouch.
I watched most of the game and it just seemed like OU could never get in any type of rhythm.
Wyoming won't be a cakewalk either for UF tonight.

I'm surprised there wasn't another flood from the state of Texas busting a collective nut over the TCU win.
Wyoming is a very well-coached team that will come balls-to-the-wall at the gators but Urban's boys should be able to take over eventually.
Florida 31
Wyoming 14

I ain't saying shit, they still have a 5 game win streak on us. Until that ends they have scoreboard.
But if I did say something it would be told you so. problems with the Oline and qbs throwing to the wrong jersey.

I seem to remember a thread a few weeks back where you made this same comment and were piled on by a
few absent posters . :P Funny how if it were us and we lost and didn't show up 17 hours after the fact we would never hear the end of it and would be called out.

Usually Choklahoma fans have to wait til December or January for their team to roll over and quit on them.

The problems yesterday weren't throwing to the wrong jersey. They were not throwing to ANY jersey, not blocking long enough for any jersey to get open, and not keeping 8 guys off of the #28 jersey's ass.
I blame yesterday on coaching, 100%. Stoops got outcoached, his players got outplayed, and his team got straight up embarassed by a suprisingly good team.

Congrats, Wags. Good win.

If it weren't for words like 'yesterday' and 'surprisingly' I'd would have sworn you were talking about the Orange Bowl.
(Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I haven't posted in this forum until today and the only reason I did was to come take it on the chin because I run my yapper here every year, win or lose.
that loss was inexcusable.
Stoops is prolly still coming unglued.
