He paid 800,000 for 2 bedroom - 1/2 a duplex (about 1,800 sq ft.)

My Home is 5 bedrooms 5,800 sq ft sitting on 1.4 aces with an inground pool, indoor hot tub & sun room - $320K

Plus, I kinda like Fall.

I'll rack San Diego too... Just spent a week with the Family out there for Vacation.

I'll also rack all the SD folks I've had the pleasure to meet: CMike, Adad & Joe in PB.

A finer bunch of guys you'd have a hard time finding on the internet.

If you grow up in the midwest you gain an appreciation for things like hunting in the Fall Leaves, Tornado watching and putting your truck in 4 x 4 to drive through 16" of snow.

It's also nice to own my little chunk of terra out in Beautiful Blue Springs for only $ 1,500 per Month :D:D:D

As for the House - a few of the board dwellers here have been out - It's a corner lot in a subdivision that was started in 1985. We have put about $50K in remodeling so far - New Kitchen, New deck, New Carpet after the flood in the basement rec room (Yikes!). I've done some of it myself and still have all 10 fingers!

This is the best Chief team I've seen.

They should take the AFC West, if the Broncos don't step it up.

If the Chiefs stay healthy, they could represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.

Much improvement on the D side is why I make this claim. They could be a top 15 D this year if the D tackles step up.
