RACK this game...as good as it was hyped up to be. Vince Young has established himself as a legit superstar. The Rose Bowl performance was no fluke. To drive for the winning score in The Horseshoe with how well the OSU defense was playing...awesome.
You have to wonder if Tressel deserves some second-guessing for kicking the long field goal when they very easily could've pinned the Horns inside the 10. Instead, they had the ball outside the 30. Granted, a field goal would've made it a two possession game and Huston had 4 field goals already but you have to trust your defense. Also, the decision to go with Zwick instead of Smith after the Texas touchdown. Smith probably doesn't fumble in that situation. Can't fault Tressel too much though...the Bucks played very well and handled the two QB situation well. Young just came up huge when he had to.
Awesome game and it's a shame OSU's title hopes are hurt with this loss. In a playoff system, this loss doesn't hurt them as much and we'd probably see them as one of the contenders at the end of the year. Now, they have to hope for help and have the rest of the top teams lose a game. Certainly Ohio State is the best 1-loss team in the country. Major props to both teams...we don't get enough of these games anymore.

yes props to the Horns and mack and Vince and the whole fucking shebang...great game...OSU played a great defensive game and had some fireworks when needed...
3 turnovers only converted to 9 points by tOSU...YOU NEED FUCKING TD's there...
oh well...can't fault anyone except Hamby on dropping the TD pass...right in the fucking numbers...
oh well...Congrats Texas and a great game was played on Sept 10, 2005...can't wait til 06!
