Red Sox-Yanks

Post by Laxplayer »

2 out of 3 wins this division for the Yanks. The Sox have to sweep to win the division outright. This one's going to be good. Who would have thought as poorly as the Yanks have played most of the year they'd be here? Their pitching is still a little suspect but as we all expected it comes down to these two for the division title. I'll say............who knows because both teams have been inconsistent. Both teams hit the ball very well and both teams have starting pitching issues. I do think the Yanks have the bullpen edge. No predictions here, just one puckered asshole from a Yankee fan.....
Jack, 103, BSF....good luck this weekend.

If you think I will return the good luck nod in your direction, well then my friend, you are completely misled. You are smoking way too much hash and need to cut back, you greasy motherfinger.
Go fuck your retarded sister, you jewish, negro halfwit.

Sorry, Lax.

Got away from me there.

Tryin' to keep the smack alive.

As you can see.......I have no smack game.

Gonna be wild. Don't know if the AL WS reps will come out of the East, but I'm not fuckin' leaving my house this weekend.

Cheers.

This weekend is gonna be smacktactical. I have my Yankee Stadium ball, Jeter picture ball, Yankee hats, shirts and anything else with a NY on it placed in spots around the tv. Tomorrow I will burn incense. I have the buddah I bought in the voodoo shop on Bourbon on the tv, he is wearing a small yankee helmet. In the name of the Babe, the DiMaggio and the Mantle I curse the eyes of all Red Sox players. Amen.

There will be a playoff game on Monday...possibly followed by a Wild Card Playoff on Tuesday..

Game 1- Wang vs. Wells.-Sox win, Yankees are tired from travelling and all of the excitment... Wang can't get out of 5th inning....

Game 2 - Johnson vs. Wakefield..This will be an epic game, where neither starter gets the win...The Sox Bullpen blows it and YANKS WIN!

Game 3 - Schilling vs. Mussina.. Sox Win!, this will be a BLOWOUT early and the Yanks won't be able to recover,,, although they will try and threaten...

Game 4 - Monday!! It will be Monday Night Football vs. Monday Night Baseball and ......BASEBALL WINS!!!

I will call this game Sunday Night!

Bitch, please. The only thing inferior about the National League is the bench in these matchups. That and the payroll figures of the NL teams that beat the Yanks in the World Series.

Buwahahaha, look at the drunk Spankme fan last night putting his team in the World Series already. Slowly excuse yourself from your PC when you come to this morning and make way towards the medicne cabinet. Pop a couple few acetaminophen, then make your way back to the PC and utilize one of these Image Image.

When you're done with that, make way to the tool shed for a hammer and do us all a favor by taking that sumbitch to your dome. You choose which end to use, it's win/win for everyone.

RACK this series. These are the Sox-Yanks series I love to watch. The early season battles are nice but this is why the pennant races are great. The division is on the line, the wild card could be on the line and the AL MVP is likely going to be decided in this series. This is the biggest series of the season for both teams...should be great theatre when I flip away from when my football teams get blown out this weekend.

In!

Got my shrine set up, the spa is cooking, ( I'll need it, win or lose) 3 days worth of beer...
I'm all set.

When Damon got hung up between 2nd & 3rd, I actually yelled out, "What the fuck, dude...You can't fuckin' do that!"

Timlin wins the 10th player award, gets papparazzied in the dugout and tells the cameraman to photograph the field!

Priceless.

I was useless @ work today.

Rack you, Jack O'Sawx.

I like the Unit vs Wakefield & the Sox tomorrow.

As much as I'd like to see Boston fall on their face and not make the playoffs at all, I'd rather see NYY and BOS play each other in the playoffs again. I'm a sucker for high drama.

FOX lost their wet dream matchup of Johnson/Schil with that rainout the other day. Guys on Yes were baggin on FOX the other day about that. How they lost their big drama for the last weekend. I'm hoping MLB extra innings has the game from the Yes network tomorrow. Unwar McCarver.

Start spreading the news
I'm leaving today
I want to be a part of it, New York, New York
These vagabond shoes
Are longing to stray
And make a brand new start of it
New York, New York
I want to wake up in the city that never sleeps
To find I'm king of the hill, top of the heap
These little town blues
Are melting away
I'll make a brand new start of it
In old New York
If I can make it there
I'll make it anywhere
It's up to you, New York, New York.

Gotta give 'em props & stuff.
Sheffield is a beast. Dude swings outta his cleats on every swing.

Hate that fvkcing guy!!! :x

WAKES brought his "B" game.

"BALL ALL UP IN THE ZONE"

Torre just saved his job with that win. Nice job, Joe.

Hopefully, the Sox get 'em tomorrow. Can Schill bring us ....errr lead us into the promise land once again?

It's funny chowd that you mention torre because I happen to think that if they win it all this year he may retire and George brings back Piniella or Mazzilli. What happens if the Sox don't make it? Do they pull a Grady Little with Francoma?

Lax, I believe Piniella will do guest spots on "YES" for 1 season. Studio stuff, maybe. Then you may see him in his #14 jersey managing the Cranks after that. Who knows? Mazzilli? I wish! :D

Tito has to get a free pass for bringing the trophy to Beantown after only 86 years. Plus, I happen to think he's done a good job with what he has.

Agreed. I think Lou needs to take some time off. Let Torre run out his contract then jump back into it.

15 minutes of Saturday's Sportscenter was dedicated to this one game... why only 15?

Love,

I'll be happy when this series is over.
