As Bobby said- it is very bad buisness, but not illegal. By LAW- if you are not under a protected class- you cannot claim a civil rights violation. That is clear cut- they stretched to slide this into that heading- but it is not.
Last I checked, we are ALL a protected class. Read a Constitution someday.
Not according to the Civil rights law and the Fair Protectiona ct- you can only claim discrimaintation if you are in a "protected class".
And who says that whiy it is posted? He said it himself- he has mexican customers- its called satire. And even if he required people to speak English to be served it not illegal (Again- just bad buisness). If it is discrimaintation- its against ignornat people who want to move to this country but not learn our language- which is unaccpetable. But not against all people of that origin.
Only an idiot would discriminate against someone bcause of their language. More idiotic is turning away paying customers because they don't speak English. As far as I can tell they all plan on using the same US currency.
