Dave - PSU-Alabama Matchup

Yeah, that would be a great matchup, for sure. At this point, I am just happy that PSU is bowl eligible for the first time since 2002. I'd love to see a Bama matchup, or an FSU matchup.

All of the remaining unbeatens have significant tests awaiting them. Anything could happen. To be perfectly honest, OSU is a few plays away from a #3 ranking - it's those kinds of plays that will decide the fate of the BCS invitees.

Phooey on the bowl PSU/bama bowl game.
Both were slated to duke it out this season already. In retrospect, woulda been a great game.

Lax, have you seen that game on ESPN Classic? After those 4 downs, PSU basically held the Tide and forced a punt with plenty of time remaining. PSU had 12 men on the field, and thus they gave up a first down. The then stopped Alabama yet again, and Fusina threw a pick - game over.

I just remember watching it as a kid and being pissed that they didn't win. I'll look for it on ESPN classic.

What's the story of my life? That I made the biggest mistake by entering the teaching profession? That I got married and had kids? That no team I root for has been worth a shit in 5+ years and in some cases 10+. Because I'm getting older, fatter, balder, and less tolerant of stupid people?

Well my condom friend bitch if anyone knows about rooting for shit teams it's got to be you because that's exactly what SC was for the better part of 20 years. Shit...Hackett, Smith, Tollner, Robinson etc....you fuckers lucked into Carroll and if you didn't hire him you'd be studk with some POS re-tread wallowing in mediocrity, which will happen in a couple of years when PC runs for the money and his ego takes him back to the NFL.

That would be a classic. Even if it isn't the Rose Bowl there is a good shot the 2 could meet in the Orange Bowl.
