i was just coming here to pose the same question. Also why is Garner such a pussy with runners on. Could have ended the game when he had a guy on 3rd in the ninth and 1 out with bunt squeeze play home. Did the same thing in game 1 i think with no outs and dude on third and failed to get the runner home.

Has nothing to do with whether the Asstros won or lost.

That being said, MLB has no business telling a team when they can or can't open their roof. If they can do that, then they need to set an official grass length on the field, set a maximum water level on the dirt in front of home plate, etc.

The team likes the roof closed. The fans like the roof closed. End of story. It should be the home team's decision.
