Not looking good for the blue note right about now. I don't know how much Kessel will help...you will definitely need a goalie. Lalime has been a major flop and Divis is nothing more than a career backup. If I was a betting man, I think the league's worst record will come out of the Central Division. Detroit and Nashville are 10-0-1 combined against Chicago, St. Louis and Columbus...the team with the three worst records in the league. You can't call the Central Division the NFC North of hockey because the Wings and Predators are legit teams leading the way. Every other division has been fairly competitive up to this point.
a goalie wont help this team
gutting it, and leaving it with nothing, has crippled the team. i said they would be bad, hell the blues have called me 5 times in past 3 days tryign to get me to renew my season tickets. i said no way, not what your putting on the ice, as a fan, i now have my say!
i asked the guy on phone, would you fork over the 2,600 per seat for this team? He said no, sir, then tried to get me to renew. fuck laurie and leeeeeeeeeery. They reap what they sow now!
If you sell a franchise, you dont sell your franchise Dman for a #2 dman and some suspect prosoects, and no offense in return?????
also, blues have some quality goalies in the future. Baschchica(?) is having a great year in AHL. Bishop from Maine is a frosh playing like a senior. Shwarez(who was #1 goalie in draft) is bouncing back, barulin is having solid year in Russia.
there is some future, Ohsie looks like he was well worth the pick. kid from sweden is in top in scoring in elite league.
Pleau and Laurie deserved each other, Blues fan didnt deserve either. It's ok, still have 1 more MIzzou game to go to, then i'll pick and choose the Stl games i go to, going next thursday to see CHI, then probably go watch them play NYR. But fuck forking over 5300 for 2 seats for this inferior product! fuck them
