Moth, you're flying to close to an open flame. You do your homework and you'll see the article is stating lowest poll numbers, not where they finished. 37% represents the lowest numbers for Bubba and Dubya. :meds:

How much can a POTUS do in 58 months?

I'd say that the public's opinion on Bush's performance is a lot more legitimate than on Clinton's.
