Al's next coaching hire is critical. This team has a lot of pieces in place to be a good team. It needs to add a few players and it needs the right touch. It needs some leadership.
The track record of Al's coaching hires is a bit sketchy, and I can't say I have a lot of confidence that the right man will be brought in. Hell, I can't say that a lot of the 'right' men have any desire to come in to Oakland and work 'under' Al.
Hope I'm wrong.
