I've NEVER seen anything from him at any point in time that has led me to believe he can start in the NFL.

Tui doesnt fit Als,ERRR "Norvs" offense. He doesnt have the big arm,and the size like collins does. He also can scramble and run for first downs if the pocket collapses. Like I said he doesnt fit the system.
